This significant production has recently unveiled its leading ensemble, which includes Carlos Sanson Jr., known for his work in 'Bump,' Rosario Dawson from 'Ahsoka,' and George Lopez of 'Lopez vs. Lopez.' Rodriguez herself will not only helm the project but also take on a starring role and serve as a producer. Filming for 'House of Guerrero' is already underway, with locations spanning Los Angeles and California’s Imperial Valley, bringing to life a narrative crafted by Bernardo Cubría.

The film 'House of Guerrero' marks a notable reunion for Gina Rodriguez and Justin Baldoni, who previously shared the screen as romantic leads Rafael Solano and Jane Villanueva in the beloved ABC series 'Jane the Virgin.' Baldoni is involved in this project as a producer, representing Wayfarer Studios. This venture is particularly significant as it's the first major announcement from Baldoni following the resolution of his legal dispute with Blake Lively, which originated during their collaboration on the 2024 film 'It Ends With Us.'
